WHY JOIN?
There are many benefits to joining FAMSACA, both personally and professionally, which include discounted or subsidised rates at conferences and educational courses, access to podcasts and online forums, and access to a network of skilled clinicians.
FAMSACA members have access to a number of education grants and sponsorships. Each year FAMSACA offers up to ten (10) scholarships of up to $1500 each for members to further their study, attend educational courses, conferences or site visits in the area of sexual assault medicine and nursing.

We have created a searchable database for Members of key research articles in our field dating back over a decade.
NEW MEMBERS
FAMSACA is a professional organisation for nurses and medical practitioners who practice in or have an interest in the area of sexual assault medicine. Registered nurses and medical practitioners are welcome to join.
Evidence of AHPRA registration must be provided on application. Non-practicing members are also welcome to join FAMSACA and may be eligible for a reduced membership fee.
MEMBERSHIPS
New applicants can apply for membership online.
Memberships are valid for 1 year from date of joining.
Your AHPRA registration number must be provided upon application of membership. If your registration cannot be verified, you will be contacted by administration and your fee will be refunded. A receipt will be generated upon payment of membership fee.
Existing members can renew their membership online. Members will be reminded via email when their annual membership is due for renewal.
